What mods would you purchase to make a 6.7 around 800hp and also built to withstand some occasional hard driving with those 800 horses. I'm thinking along the lines of headstuds, nozzles, turbo, etc.

Hey y'all I am in the market for a superduty and am trying to decide between the 6.0 or 6.7 I know I can make the 6.0 bulletproof and come out cheaper than a newer 6.7 but I know the 6.7 has a better ride, better interior, but how reliable are the 6.7s after 100,000 miles vs the 6.0s? A concern on the 6.0s is even a 2007 6.0 is still 10 years old.

But to answer the first question, DPF, EGR, delete, and a fuel system should make the 6.4 pretty well bullet proof unless you want to build huge power. Many people with just a DPF delete and a tuner can put down 500 rwhp all day as a daily driver in a great looking truck with some awesome interior creature comforts. D.
